One of the most senior coaches and instructors in the country, Amanda is an IVSI/UKCP level 3 coach and a BASI ISTD Carte Pro instructor.  A Kandahar member from a young age, Amanda’s racing CV includes a number of years on the British National Ski Team, multiple British Championship titles across all disciplines and a top 50 world ranking in Super G.  She’s a perfect example of how to combine top level sport with academic ambitions – as a student she medaled at the World Student Games and even skied into 3rd place at the Austrian National Championships SG, knocking the then reigning World Champion off the podium!  Originally from Aberdeen, Amanda now resides in London and Val d’Isere, she has a sports science degree from Loughbourgh University, she’s a fully qualified PE teacher and she is currently the Head Coach of the UK Para Snowsports team who achieved huge success at PyeongChang 2018.
