ADULT camp November

Kandahar Racing’s adult training programme takes place in Zermatt, Switzerland. Our management team will provide participants with the highest standards of professional ski race coaching from 11-25 Nov 2023. This camp is limited to participants aged 18 or over, and there is no maximum age limit!!!

TRAINING

The training programme will include technique, skills, drills, SL gates, GS gates, electronic timing and race simulation. Fitness training, video analysis, WC video analysis and ski prep guidance will also be included off the hill. The programme caters for those mainly interested in combining a social experience alongside some race training, all the way through to those with aspirations of achieving success at the Inferno, AICC, FIS Masters, Military or Eurotest competitions. Groups and training courses will be split between those at a higher level and those simply attending for a more leisurely introductory experience! We'll have the most of the mountain to ourselves and so will have as much space as we could possibly need.

FORMAT

Participants may join the programme as inliers or outliers. Inliers receive the full package while outliers simply pay for the coaching only and may dip in and out of the programme on a day by day basis. It is recommended however that all participants take part in the full programme from the first day on snow (4th Dec) through until the last day on snow (9th Dec). This will allow for a structured and developmental programme to be put in place throughout the week.

ACCOMMODATION & COSTS

All inliers will be accommodated at Hotel Parnass which is located a close walk away from the training lifts. Inlier costs are based on sharing twin rooms and are inclusive of half board accommodation, training fees and transfers. An extra charge of £49pppn will be applied to those requesting a single room. Inlier costs do not include flights or equipment hire. Ski hire facilities are available, however we recommend that participants use their own equipment. Outlier costs cover training fees only – outliers are required to coordinate their own accommodation, food, lift passes, travel and transfers.

*Liftpasses can be purchased at a discounted rate, please place a lift pass order when you book if you wish to take advantage of this rate.

TRAVEL

Please do not book any flights until you have submitted your online booking and had your place on the camp confirmed. Inliers will have a transfer coach put on courtesy of Kandahar Racing, departing the airport at TBChrs prompt on the 3th Dec, and then for the return it will arrive back at the airport by TBChrs on the 10th Dec.

BOOKING

Places on our November training programme are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment. The booking deadline is 1st October 2023, however the camp may become fully booked prior to this. Bookings should be made online at the ‘Book Now’ tab. Upon receipt of online applications – acceptance confirmation and invoices (inc payment instructions) will be distributed.
