Kandahar has the honour of having numerous athletes currently representing the club at the very highest levels across all snowsports disciplines.

Within our ranks we boast Paralympic gold medalists, Top 5 World Cup Alpine athletes, Europa Cup Champions, Telemark World Championship medalists, World Cup Ski Cross racers as well as of course numerous National Champions across all disciplines, events and age categories. As a club we’re incredibly proud of our athletes achievements which is why at Kandahar Racing we’re committed to providing the best training available in order to ensure future success for the next generations of Kandahar athletes. DAVE RYDING

ALPINE. Kandahar Ski Club champion and long time club member Dave Ryding is GBR’s #1 Alpine racer and the success he’s achieved on the World Cup Slalom circuit recently is phenomenal.

DAN YULE

ALPINE. Racing for the Swiss World Cup Team, Dan Yule is the other half of the Kandahar Ski Club duo currently shaking up the WC Slalom circuit!

BLAISE GIEZENDANNER

ALPINE. Racing for the French World Cup Team, Blaise is Kandahar Ski Club's only current representative on the WC speed circuit.

KELLY GALLACHER & CHARLOTTE EVANS

PARA ALPINE. Paralympic athletes Kelly (visually impaired) and Charlotte (guide) sensationally won Super G gold at the 2014 Sochi Paralympics.

CARA BROWN

ALPINE. Kandahar Ski Club ladies champion, Cara is a multiple British Junior Champion and World cup athlete

JASMIN TAYLOR

TELEMARK. World Championship bronze medalist Jasmin started life as an Alpine racer, but has since progressed to Telemark with unparalleled success.

ED DRAKE

Ed Drake has been a Kandahar member since he was young. In his previous life as an Alpine athlete Ed was a multiple British National Champion, 2 time British Ski cross champions and was a 2010 Winter Olympian. He now runs multiple training camps with KSC and hosts the podcast ‘The Ski Racing Podcast’ which is an extremely informative listen.

ALPINE. Nick has racked up title after title at the British Junior Championships over the past few years.
